With the recent internet access issues behind us, Grow with Goodwill is now officially live for Goodwill employees!  Grow with Goodwill is Goodwill’s new online training platform (formerly known as Cornerstone on Demand or CSOD). Grow with Goodwill provides employees with opportunities and resources for development – from compliance training to professional and personal development, Grow with Goodwill has something for everyone.

That’s why our potential tree is a prominent feature on the Grow with Goodwill. As you move through trainings, it is our hope that you grow to reach your full potential both at Goodwill and beyond. Here are some of the new things you can find on Grow with Goodwill:

New professional and personal development trainings are available, including digital skills trainings for employees who want to improve their computer skills. Connect with Goodwill’s Financial Opportunity Center, where you can access confidential financial education and budgeting assistance. Schedule a confidential Career Consultation to get advice on career advancement from subject matter experts.

Logging in hasn't changed:

Access Grow with Goodwill the same way you accessed CSOD: https://goodwillswpa.csod.com/ Use the same username and password you used to access CSOD. Your training history from CSOD is still available. All current trainings (compliance training, etc.) are still available. Once logged in there are multiple ways to find trainings: Browse trainings by clicking on the tree, search for specific trainings using the search bar, or navigate to a specific training using the menu.
