A Message from Our Co-Founders

To our dear friends and supporters of Hope Hollow,

Autumn is in the air, and our thoughts turn to the cozy comforts of the fall season... the sun shining on golden leaves over the weathervane at Hope Hollow, a steaming cup of coffee on a cool morning, the warmth of enduring friendships that sustain us and the mission of Hope Hollow.

We've come a long way since the early days of our organization, when our only vision was to shelter cancer patients in need under our own roof. But this need proved too great, and our vision evolved into today's Hope Hollow... providing lodging, meals, transportation assistance, and emotional support... at no cost... to cancer patients and their loved ones while they receive cancer treatment in Columbus, Ohio.

We wish to express our immense gratitude to each and every one of you. We cherish our relationships with all of you who have helped our vision grow, and to all of you who have found refuge through Hope Hollow. With this new quarterly communication, we'll continue to share our gratitude, alongside stories of those whose lives have been touched by your generosity. We'll also update you on the growth of our organization and our continuous efforts to meet the ever-increasing needs of persons whose lives are affected by cancer.

We thank you for helping Hope Hollow shine a light of hope on the cancer journey of so many.

With love and gratitude,

Jane and Kevin Clark

Co-Founders, Hope Hollow

When you give to Hope Hollow, 100% of your gift supports persons with cancer. Your gift of any size provides hope that is foundational to every cancer journey.

Each year, we ask our friends and supporters to "Give the Gift of Hope." Your generosity during our signature fundraising campaign truly makes a difference in the lives of cancer patients... providing welcome, hospitality, and hope in their time of need.

"Give the Gift of Hope" now to be an early supporter of this year's fundraiser!

Stories of Hope

Jenny Turner, a member of Hope Hollow's Board of Directors, knows first-hand the impact of the Gift of Hope.

A nurse and mother from Dayton, Ohio, Jenny's breast cancer diagnosis required her to travel to Columbus for treatment at The Ohio State University's James Cancer Hospital in Columbus... which meant she had to step away from her job while vulnerable to compounding costs of her cancer treatment in another city.

Jenny's social worker referred her to Hope Hollow, and she was able to stay in the Clark's home while receiving treatment in Columbus. Under the signature weathervane of Hope Hollow, Jenny received the care and support she needed during treatment. Now cancer-free, Jenny's relationship with Jane and Kevin has remained a special bond... a friendship that endures and a love that lasts a lifetime.

Jenny says, "Hope Hollow has been much more to me than the help I received while I was in treatment. Jane's support helped me shape the future I'd have for myself when I emerged from my cancer. She inspired me to live my gratitude each and every day. I feel so lucky that my relationship with Jane and Kevin still continues to grow stronger and that I can be a part of Hope Hollow's mission by serving on the Board of Directors."
