Dearest Yogis,

As the governor of Massachusetts lifts all Covid restrictions, we will be entering another transition period in our own lives and in the studio.

I reiterate what Tricia has said in her own newsletters, to be kind and patient with one another during this new phase of the pandemic. You never know what people are going through or have been through particularly these past 16 months.

We are offering several special classes and workshops this month before we get into full summer mode. All of these workshops are intended to assist our students in transitioning with compassion and clearing any fear that we may be holding onto in our physical and energetic bodies. You can find these classes under 'Wellness Workshops' on our app.

Lastly, as of June 1st, we will be offering 3 Virtual Only classes for students who are not comfortable yet coming into the studio as we expand our capacity. Beach yoga classes can be found under 'Outdoor Classes' on our app.

Beyond Asana:

I have space for one more student in the Tuesday night bi-weekly 6 month program. First class is June 8th. Reach out if you are interested!

This is by far my favorite program to teach as I love to see students grow and advance in their own practice as they truly learn to integrate the lesser known but even more important practices of yoga: diet, lifestyle, meditation, mantra, pranayama, vedic astrology and vastu and more. Asana, although the most popular, is one very small part of yoga.

COVID Update: Restrictions being lifted in studio May 31st. Please check the schedule for our virtual only class options. Virtual students also have access to over 300 recorded classes. Newest class recording will appear on the app through the Video icon. Otherwise you can access the older videos through our website. All vaccinated students may take off their masks. As always, if you feel more comfortable keeping your mask on feel free.
