Important Information

School Calendar - Click here for the 24/25 school calendar.

Carline - For safety and security reasons, you will not be permitted to walk your scholar to their classroom. You must use the car line to drop your child off. Our staff and safety patrol will be ready to escort your child to their classroom until they learn their way. All kindergarten classrooms are downstairs and just a short walk from the car line entry doors. For afternoon pick-up, please make sure your car line name tag is clearly displayed in your windshield.

Emergency Contact and Authorization Pick-up Form - Let's get a head start on tasks for the fall! Print and complete this form. You can either bring it to the front office, send it in regular mail or email it to us at info@thetcca.net.

My School Bucks -MSB is the online portal we use to process all school payments for before and after care signups club signups, field trip payments, merchandise sales, and the school lunch program. MySchoolBucks can sometimes be a little tricky to navigate so we suggest setting up your account and familiarizing yourself with the system before the school year begins. These videos provide an excellent overview. Please note that when choosing the district, scroll down to Treasure Coast Classical Academy, not Martin County. Parents can contact MySchoolBucks directly with questions about getting signed up or using the service. They have a chat function on the website, a parent support number (855) 832-5226, or via email at parentsupport@myschoolbucks.com.  MySchoolBucks staff is available Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and they have bilingual (Spanish) parent support representatives on their team.

Meet the Teacher - Please sign up here for Meet the Teacher, August 8. It runs from 10am-6pm, with an hour lunch for our faculty and staff from 1-2pm. Our parking is limited. Our faculty and staff will be parking in the carline loop and the entire parking lot will be reserved for you.

  • Please sign up here ahead of time.
  • Please honor the time window of 1 hour. If you sign up for 2-3 Our hope would be that your car has left the parking lot by 3pm. This makes it possible for the 3-4pm crowd to come in without parking issues.
  • Kindergarten and New Scholar K-5th grade orientation. We will be hosting a time from 9:00-9:45 am for us to share first day expectations, as well as answer any questions you may have.

Spirit Shirts - School Spirit shirts can be worn on the last Friday of the month and other specified days. Stay tuned for our new on-line school store which will be opening very soon! Spirit shirts may be worn every Friday.

Family Handbook - Please familiarize yourself with the Family Handbook.

Dress Code - You can review the TCCA dress code here. Land's End is just one option for purchasing school uniforms. Parents have been successful in finding dress code-compliant uniform pieces at The Children's Place, Target, Walmart, and French Toast. Rack Room Shoes usually has a good selection of dress code-compliant shoes which must be solid blue, black, or brown but may have a white sole.

While the school logo is not required on shirts, we partner with Stimmell's Screen Printing and Embroidery to offer our families a local embroidery option. Stimmell's has the TCCA logo on file and can add it to any of our approved uniform shirts, jackets, or sweaters. Stimmell's is located at 2170 SE Ocean Blvd., Stuart in the Belle Plaza.

Lunchroom - Breakfast and Lunch are both available for purchase. Parents are not permitted to eat lunch with their children in the cafeteria but you may check your child out of school during their lunch period for an occasional lunch together. Picnic tables are provided to the South of the front office.

Please either pack your scholar's lunch or have them purchase it from the cafeteria. All food deliveries via (UberEats, DoorDash, etc.) will not be accepted. All lunches brought in to your scholar later in the day must be packed at home, not from local restaurants, unless repacked in a lunchbox.

We ask that ALL families complete the meal application at MySchoolApps.com. When the system prompts you to choose your district, select "Treasure Coast Classical Academy." If you are eligible to receive a free or reduced lunch you will be notified.

Classical Corner

Classical Education is the at the very core of all that we do here at TCCA. In this article, Dr. Kathleen O"Toole offers glimpse into the American Classical Classroom. Dr. O'Toole is the Assistant Provost for K-12 Education at Hillsdale College and has been a wealth of knowledge and insight for our Principal, Mrs. Pendleton.

You may have heard that we use Singapore Math at TCCA. This may seem like a foreign concept but this article, also by Dr. O'Toole, provides a great explanation.
