Her strong analytical skills and curiosity were further demonstrated by her participation in a three-year Social Science Research Program, where she learned many skills in Excel and data analysis. Nadia’s Regeneron Research paper outlined the effects of Animal Assisted Therapy on PTSD in adolescents and young adults. Outside of academics, Nadia was active in extracurriculars such as volleyball, soccer, dance, and cultural organizations. Nadia was also heavily involved with the AYLUS Queens branch for volunteering and participating in food pantries, medical fairs, and park cleanups. Nadia helped organize events and recruit volunteers to ensure that all projects were a success.

Nadia loves participating in case competitions at Binghamton University. So far, she has completed the Dean’s First Case Challenge, the EY TechX Case, and a Mergers and Acquisitions Case. Nadia recently earned her Eagle Scout award and her National Outdoors award for completing over 70 nights of camping. She served as the Senior Patrol Leader and earned over 30 badges in one month this past summer.

Nadia is always excited to learn more and looks forward to tutoring. In her free time, she enjoys watching horror movies, playing Nintendo, baking cookies, and swimming.
