What to Bring/Wear on the First Day
A Big Smile! We hope to take a picture of you and your child on your first day for a Family Photo Gallery! Please allow an extra minute to smile for our camera!
Student Questionnaire ( click here )
This will help us get to know your child as they begin the school year!
Authorization for Administration of Medication ( click here )
We only need this form if your child will be using any type of medication during their time with us this school year. It must be signed by a physician.
Wear/Bring Tennis Shoes Daily
Please have your child bring or wear tennis shoes daily, and have the proper outer wear for the weather. We will be using the gym &/or playground everyday. (Shoes other than tennis are not preferred for play in the gym).
Weather Appropriate Attire
The children go outside nearly everyday and early morning/late afternoons can be chilly. In the colder winter months a coat, snowpants, hat, gloves, and boots are required.
During parent meet the teacher conferences we will have staff available to talk about Extended Day and answer questions on August 28th from 12pm-8pm
Toy From Home Day
Wednesdays will be toy from home day. Kids may bring one non-violent, non-electronic toy to Extended Day on this day if they choose to. Remind them that they are responsible for their toys. They will be able to have their toys out during designated times.
Daily Activities
We are excited for September and all the fun activities we have planned please check out our calendar to see all the fun things we have planned!

Important Information
MORNING DROP OFF
Please enter through Door A and we will be located in the cafeteria. When you arrive, there will be a staff to greet you and show you how to sign in using the iPad. You may park on the south side of the school to drop your children off and check them in.

AFTERNOON PICK UP
Please enter through Door A for pickup. The parent sign out is also located in the cafeteria, where a staff will greet you and show you how to sign out using the iPad.

Remember, it must be an adult that signs your child in and out. Staff will ask for ID if the adult is someone we haven't met yet to assure they are an authorized pick up. If your child will be absent please call, email or leave a note with us in the parent notebook located by the sign in iPad. Please be aware that when you inform the school to let them know your child will be absent, that you also must contact Extended Day. The office staff doesn’t always know/remember which children are in Extended Day.

**If we are not notified of a PM absence and have to locate your child, you will be charged a $15 Finder's Fee.

Extra Clothes/Accidents Happen
Please remember to pack extra clothes into your child's backpack in case your student has an accident or gets wet outside. Accidents happen and we like to provide a solution for this right away!

PARENTS/GUARDIANS ONLY please when it comes to signing your child in & out on the iPad! While you are signing, they should be taking care of their magnet tracker.
