TECH ORIENTATION DAY
Friday, August 17

ALL NEW STUDENTS 
  • Arrive at Auditorium/Gym/Lobby entrance between 8:30am - 9:00am
  • Bring fully charged iPad
  • Wear casual clothing (Please note: Casual clothing includes jeans, capris, and longer shorts. Camis or strapless tops, short shorts, pajama pants or ripped clothing are NOT to be worn to school at any time.)
9TH GRADE ONLY                
  • Tech orientation 9:00am - 11:45pm (dismissal)
  • Marlin Shop open 11:30am - 12:45pm (Mercy apparel)
TRANSFER STUDENTS  
  • Tech orientation 9:00am - 11:45am
  • Lunch is provided
  • Transfer orientation 11:45am - 3:00pm (dismissal)
  • Marlin Shop open 11:30am - 12:45pm (Mercy apparel)

All 9th Grade Students
  • Freshwoman Welcome Day! 8:00am - 2:30pm (dismissal)
  • Arrive at Auditorium/Gym/Lobby entrance by 8:00am
  • Wear Casual Clothing
  • Lunch is provided
  • School Photos and ID Photos will be taken and distributed. Please bring your personalized August Picture Day flyer regarding school portraits which were mailed to your home from HR Imaging Partners. The pre-printed envelope portion of the flyer is used as a camera card for all students. All students must be photographed regardless of whether or not you are purchasing a portrait package. The photo is used for a number of purposes including school records, student ID, yearbook and school composite to be displayed at Mercy. You can order picture packages with a credit card by going to shop.hrimaging.com or calling customer service at (800) 433-1766 or send cash or check in the envelopes provided.
  • If applicable, turn-in the dispensing medication form and over the counter medication form. You may also drop off physical forms, all other required forms must be completed online using Privit by Monday, August 20th.
  • Submit your yearbook order for the discounted rate of $60 or order online here with code 13826 beginning August 13th. Yearbooks will increase to $70 after August 20th.
  • Mothers Club Used Uniform Sale
All Transfer Students - Marlin Business Day   
  • Stop by Mercy during the drop-in times of 9:00am to 11:00am or 1:00pm to 4:00pm and enter through the Auditorium/Gym/Lobby to take care of back-to-school business items.
