Welcome to Monday Mail!
From the Principal
Greetings! Our 2nd annual Parkview Cluster Foundation Dodgeball Tournament is this Thursday at 6:30pm in the Parkview Gym. Please come out and cheer on the faculty teams from Trickum as we hope to take home the trophy. All proceeds benefit the Parkview Cluster Foundation and since the Foundation exists to support students in the Parkview Cluster, that means all funds benefit kids in our cluster. Please come out and support our cluster schools.

Our 8th Grade Theatre Production class will be performing their play, A Midsummer Night's Dream, this Wednesday and Thursday for all of our students during school. Admission is a $1 donation, so please send your child with a dollar to help support our theater program. The students have been preparing all year and are ready to share their performance with everyone. On Friday night they will perform for the community so please be sure to come check it out for yourself. Show begins at 7:00pm.

The GCPS School Board will begin their Area Board Meetings next week and the meeting for Area IV will occur next Thursday, March 28th at Shiloh High School at 7:oopm. We encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity to come out and see your Board in action.

Keep an eye on your account!

Don't forget to keep an eye on your child's breakfast/lunch account over at MyPaymentsPlus. You can make life easier by setting up alerts when the balance runs low. Just look for the "Low Balance Notification" box, towards the top of the screen.

MPP also has a neat feature where you can use the "Auto Pay" button to automatically add a dollar amount of your choosing when your balance gets low.
Calling all BOXTOPS for EDUCATION Keep them coming.
Fundraising couldn't be easier
Did you know we get $.10 for each boxtop we collect? We have box top collection boxes located in each grade level's admin office. There is also a box in the media center. Save your Boxtops, bring them to school, drop them in one of the convenient boxes located in the school.   A super easy way for Trickum to earn money without spending an extra dime!
Interested in volunteering at Trickum? We have many opportunities to get involved: Activity Days, Color Run, PBIS Socials, Monthly Ticket Exchanges, Media Center, Box Tops, and more! Click here to see the options and to let us know where you would like to volunteer.

Thank you for supporting our school, our students and our community!
