Your PTA Membership Cards & More ...
All PTA Membership cards have been distributed this week through your student's teacher.
In addition, all ordered earthquake kits have been placed within the students safety containers with their classrooms.
As a reminder, receiving this weekly DOES NOT mean you are a member of our AHES PTA.
If you think you may not be a member (we hope you are!), please contact Aimee Calderon .
If you would like to be a part of this amazing Association which supports out students, teachers and administration, please click here to download a membership packet and submit to our school office.
Open Chair Positions Available!

Your children need you, the willing parent, to help keep our functions running! Please consider volunteering! You get to decide how big or small the function is. Some of the functions are handled throughout the school year while others are around planning a single event. A good portion of the roles do not require you to be available during school hours. In fact, several of our volunteer parents have full time jobs away from home and perform the functions of their chair positions on their own time and on their terms.

The following positions are available:

  • Golf Tournament - Organize our annual golf tournament
  • Silent Auction - co-chair - Organize, coordinate and procure donated goods/services to be auctioned off

Volunteers make this organization successful! Thank you in advance for those generous with their time.

Please email me with your inquiries -

Go Green with AHES!
Are you an energy conscience person? Then you're the right person for this role!

Our wonderful first grade teacher, Mrs. Verdone, has an opportunity for a $1,000 grant for our school!!

She is in need of a few parent helpers to make our school more "green". Not only does this encourage our students to be more Earth conscience and resourceful, it raises money for AHES!

Please take this opportunity to help!

Mrs. Verdone is leading the charge and would be happy to answer any questions regarding the role and expectations.

She can be reached here at Mrs. Verdone!
