Building a successful travel business takes time and hard work, and we are ready to help and guide you every step of the way. Speaking of steps, there are a few small steps you need to do first, before we get to the fun stuff. Please take a few minutes and visit our New Agent Checklist. This list provides you with access to a few important forms and basic training courses that you must complete before going much farther. IMPORTANT When you click the button above, you will be taken to our agent portal, TAP. If this is your first time logging in you will need to set up your password. When you are on the login screen, click on the "Lost Your Password?" link under the orange button and follow the steps to set up a password.

We have a number of online environments that you will become familiar with, starting with the Agent Portal (MAGtap) and your virtual office (MAGcrm). MAGtap is your access to the OutsideAgents community, discussion boards, chat rooms, interactive courses, and so much more. MAGcrm is where you will run the business side of your business: bookings, billing, and customer management.  At the bottom of this email you will find access information for all of our environments. Finally, please keep an eye on your inbox for more emails from us over the next few weeks. We have put together a series of emails designed to help give you a solid foundation to build your business. You should receive the first one soon. Please read these emails and take action, as they build on each other. They will provide you with a jump-start to success. Our Different Environments & How to Access Them

MAGtap - The Agent Portal This gives you access to our agent Tool Center filled with all of the tools and resources provided by OutsideAgents, including our agent forums, training calendars, and information resources. Login Page:tap.myagentgenie.com Username: You selected a username during the registration process, or you can use your email address. Password: For your first login, go to tap.myagentgenie.com, click on the "Lost Your Password?" link under the orange login button and follow the steps to set up a password. 

MAGlms - Learning Managment System  This is the most advanced socially integrated learning management platform in the industry today. Take advantage of everything it has to offer! Does not require separate login, MAGlms is part of MAGtap and can be accessed by clicking on MAGlms in the top or left navigation. 

MAGcrm - Client Relationship Manager This is where you will run the business side of your business: bookings, billing, customer management and advanced automation. After you complete the MyAgentGenie Quickstart course, you will be able to access your CRM account. Username: Same username you use to access MAGtap. Password: Same password you use to access MAGtap. 

MAGweb - Your Agency Website This is where you create your agency website. The site spins up ready to go after a few quick customizations. After you complete the MyAgentGenie Quickstart course, you will be able to spin up your website. Login Page: tap.myagentgenie.com After you have logged into MAGtap, click on the orange MY SITE link in the top navigation It's a good idea to review the documentation first, to help get you started 

Odysseus - Powerful Booking Tool Accessible from the Quick Links box in the right sidebar of MAGtap. Click on Primary Tools tab. Odysseus is one of the booking tools you can use. Here is a short course on how to use this powerful tool.
