Once you arrive, please stop by our Guest Services Welcome Center located at 109 Morning Glory Street, open daily from 9am - 8pm. If you have any questions or need any info on just about anything related to your stay with us, please feel free to contact a friendly Guest Services team member at (361) 749-4653 (option #3).

We will share resort information and issue your wristbands that will give access to both of our sparkling pools - Oasis and Seaside, including our 24/7 Fitness Center. (Maximum of 8 wristbands per household).

For our guests under the age of 16, we will issue a special wristband without these access features for their safety. PLEASE NOTE: all of our guests under the age of 16 MUST BE accompanied by an adult guest while using any of the resort amenities.

In addition to our two brand-new luxury resort wear and accessory lines, Carmen Sol and La Moda - we have unique Palmilla Beach Resort logoed items, Tula Blue handcrafted jewelry, handmade soy candles, sunscreen, t-shirts, BLOQUV UPF 50+ clothing, sunglasses, sunhats, pool floats, kid's items, premium Turkish beach towels and a variety of other coastal gifts.

We are sure you will find something for yourself and for everyone on your shopping list. Don't forget to stay hydrated... pick up some refreshing Smartwater, Fiji or Gatorade!

For your convenience, we also have a pop-up shop with selected retail merchandise on the Oasis pool deck, including unique pool floats, full face mask snorkels... and other amazing, one-of-a-kind items that will be sure to enhance your pool experience! OPEN Fridays & Saturdays from 11am - 6pm.

Beach Carts, Beach Chair Set-Ups, Pool Cabanas

When you are ready to hit the beach, we’ll have chairs and an umbrella all set-up for you (weather and wind permitting, of course). We encourage you to make your reservations early – our beach rentals sell out fast.

Beach Carts

Cruise the beach, drive the boardwalk and even take your Beach Cart into town. We will have a 6-passenger vehicle waiting for you upon arrival... clean, fueled-up and ready to go! And, every cart includes a beach parking permit.

IMPORTANT BEACH CART RULES

1. Golf carts are considered motor vehicles and most traffic laws apply to their operation, including but not limited to seat belt, car seat, open container, and DWI laws. 
2. The beach is a city street. 
3. Golf carts may only be operated by persons with a valid operator's permit and/or driver's license. 
4. Golf carts may not be operated on Highway 361 (South of Avenue G intersection) 
5. Golf carts must move to the right and yield the right of way to faster moving vehicles. 
6. Golf carts may not be operated upon any public sidewalk, pedestrian walkway, playground, public park, school ground, or other public recreational areas not designated for motor vehicle traffic. 
7. The driver and every occupant of a golf cart must remain seated in a seat designed to hold passengers while the golf cart is in motion. 
8. No person may ride in the lap of the driver or any other occupant. 

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to terminate any beach cart rental without refund to anyone violating these rules while operating our beach carts.
