It's time again for our Welcome to Penang Expo (W2P) - now in its 13th year.

This year's event will take place on:

20 September 2025 (Saturday)

10am to 3pm

G Hotel, 2 Floor Ballroom Lobby

(that's the G Hotel on Gurney Drive)

For the last two years we combined the Welcome to Penang Expo with our Super Stylish Shopping event, which had the effect of driving traffic for everyone - we will be doing the same again this year.

If you are a regular exhibitor, you will know that it is wonderful opportunity to connect personally with the expatriate community - a sort of "real life" advertisement.

And if you haven't joined us before, we hope that you will try it this year. Penang is the ultimate "word of mouth" community - one personal recommendation is worth a 100 (or more) social media "likes"! This is your chance to connect with real people to explain what you do and what you have to offer.

It's a chance to let them see, taste, or experience your business or service, buy an annual pass or an "Experience Voucher" - or invite them to join your mailing list.

Not only is it a good opportunity to connect with the expatriate community but it's a great networking event to see how other exhibitors can add value to your business and you to theirs.

I really believe that small businesses create more momentum when we work together.

Admission is free for visitors.

For Expo Exhibitors the participation fee is RM280 per table. We have maintained the price this year, to encourage more businesses to give it a try. For that, we will provide a table, cloth, 2 chairs and space for your banner. If you need an electric socket, that can also be arranged.

If you would like to share a table, the fee will be RM150 per exhibitor but you need to find your own partner with whom to share - we won't find a partner for you!
