Greetings!

Welcome to Quincy College! We are excited to have you join us this semester. Please read this message carefully, as it contains important information about your enrollment and responsibilities.

Dropping Classes

Please remember that simply not attending class or not completing assignments does not remove you from your courses. If you do not plan to attend a class, you must officially drop it through the Quincy College Portal. The deadline to drop without financial penalty is September 12, 2025.

If you do not officially drop your classes by this date, you will remain enrolled and be responsible for the full tuition, even if you never attend. It is your responsibility to take action before the deadline.

Checking Your Schedule and Account

You can review your class schedule and account information by logging into the Quincy College Portal at register.quincycollege.edu. Your username is your student ID number:

If you forgot your password, click the Password tab, then select “Forgot Password.” Enter your student ID number and the email address you used when applying.

After logging in, click the Student tab to view your schedule. Your account balance is available under “My Account and Financial Aid” on the left-hand side.

Checking the Portal and Email

Check out the quincycollege.edu/technology page for an introduction to logging into the QC Portal, Connect, and your student Email.

Please log in to the Quincy College Portal often to check your schedule, account balance, and financial aid status. You should also check your Quincy College email account regularly at , as all official communications from the College will be sent there. Staying on top of your portal and email will help you avoid delays, missed deadlines, or account holds.

Immunization Records

Students attending classes on campus are required by Massachusetts law to submit immunization documentation. This includes all full-time students (12 or more credits). Required vaccines include Tdap, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Meningococcal (for students 21 or younger, taken on or after the 16th birthday).

If this requirement applies to you, you must submit proof of immunization within 30 days of registration. Failure to do so may result in holds that prevent registration, release of grades, or access to transcripts. Immunization documentation should be emailed to registrar@quincycollege.edu.

We encourage you to take care of these requirements promptly to ensure a smooth start to your semester. If you have any questions, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@quincycollege.edu.

Sincerely,

Registrar’s Office and Office of Student Accounts
