B.S. Digital Marketing and Integrated Communications, Arizona State University (2022)

Hobbies: Hiking, going to festivals/shows/raves, hanging out with friends and siblings, working out, playing the violin, cooking vegetarian/vegan meals, & watching Marvel movies and crime documentaries

Fun Fact: I am obsessed with all things paranormal and occasionally go on paranormal investigations with my older sister. We even have some of our own equipment! 

We are starting to highlight one clinic each month! For August, we are highlighting our Midtown Phoenix Clinic team! 

Midtown has been around since July, 2021, and they just recently celebrated their ONE YEAR anniversary - wow!

Update from Dan Brauning:

1. Recovia Estrella lease has been signed and construction will start within days. Target opening November, 2022! The clinic is located across from Banner Estrella on the North/West corner of Thomas and the 101(westside).

We understand that there are several current employees that would like to transfer to this clinic. Please email dbrauning@recovia.com if you are one of these people. Not everyone will go day one, but we will work hard to accommodate all requests. Keep in mind we will need to backfill your position at your current clinic before we can grant the transfer. We are very excited about this new clinic – It is going to rock!

2. Tucson AZ, here we come!!! We are excited to announce that we have signed a Letter of Intent for our first Tucson location! We will call it Tucson – Grant East Side. More to follow as we are waiting on the full lease to review from the landlord. I have connected with the architect and am working on the space plan.

3. We are working on a second Tucson location more in N/E Tucson. We have submitted a couple LOI’s and are waiting on responses from the respective landlords. We are hoping to have this signed within the week.

4. Recruitment: We are hiring Providers, PRC’s, and PRA’s for all of these clinics so if you know anyone looking for a great company and team to work with, please refer them to us! PigSkin Points 2022 is here! 

PigSkin Points is our annual football contest, and this year, we are partnering with Contact Physical Therapy!

Each week, players pick the teams that they think will win each game before each game begins. Players with the most points per week will win our weekly prize, and at the end of the season, players have the chance to win a larger prize!

Registration is open NOW, and players can create an account at www.recoviagamesite.com. It starts September 8th, 2022 at 5:20 PM and will run until the end of football season February 12th, 2023.

If you know someone who is competitive, loves football, or wants a chance to win, please spread the word to your family and friends!

Note: Recovia employees can not win these prizes, however, employees can still play for fun AND have a chance to win INTERNAL PRIZES by competing among other clinics/teams and employees! Internal competition prizes for employees are:

1st Place Clinic/Team: FREE Team Lunch

1st Place Individual: Additional PTO Day

Prizes will be awarded at the end of the contest (February, 2023) and will be based on the total points per clinic/team and individual.

Introducing: The Recovia Way Award!

What is it? The "Recovia Way" Award is a monthly award to recognize a Recovia team member who exemplifies the "Recovia Way" in the workplace.

Who can be nominated? Any team member (staff, provider, etc.) at Recovia can be nominated.  

How does it work? Every quarter, all Recovia team members have an opportunity to fill out this Google form to submit a team member nomination for who you think has exhibited at least 3 of the "Recovia Way" criteria by the monthly deadline. You can only submit 1 nomination per quarter. The Leadership team will review all responses and determine who has the most nominations or will decide a winner in the event of a tie.

What is the criteria for nomination? The team member you nominate should exhibit at least 3 of the "Recovia Way" criteria in the workplace during the month. Possible criteria include:

• Compassionate
• Teamwork
• Positive
• Committed
• Inclusive
• Transformative
• Achievement
• Growth

What do you win? The team member who has the most nominations will be awarded with a "Recovia Way" certificate, cool Recovia swag, and will be eligible for a social media and internal newsletter spotlight.

When is the deadline? The July nomination form will be open from August 10 - September 30. The deadline to submit your nomination is Friday, September 30, 5:00 PM. This will allow the Leadership team time to review responses and determine the winner. The winner will be contacted and will then be highlighted in the first newsletter of next quarter.
