Dear Tim,

Congratulations! It is with great joy that St. Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School extends to an offer of admission to for the upcoming 2025 – 2026 academic year! 

Your student’s dedication to academic excellence, personal growth, and commitment to our values has distinguished them as an outstanding candidate for our school community. 

At St. Peter Catholic, we provide a faith-filled, co-educational environment where we “empower students to be models of faith through Catholic spiritual formation while providing a creative and comprehensive education in career and technical pathways.” 

We are excited to welcome into our community, where over the next four years, they will develop the skills, knowledge, and character necessary to succeed in both higher education and the workforce, all while being guided by Catholic values. They will be encouraged to explore their passions, challenge themselves, and grow spiritually, academically, and professionally. 

Please review the information below, which includes important details regarding next steps, enrollment deadlines, and upcoming orientation events. To secure your student’s place, we kindly ask that you submit your Enrollment Packet and your Enrollment Fee as your deposit by March 26, 2025.

• If you need to pay the Enrollment Fee over the next four months, please go online here and fill out this online form to request St. Peter Catholic set up a payment plan that allows you to pay the Enrollment Fee monthly, due in full by June 16, 2025.

In addition to completing your Admissions Application, thank you for also completing your FACTS Grant and Aid Management Financial Aid Application. We have completed our review of the Financial Aid requests, and we are pleased to share with you the tuition for next year.

To accept the offer of Admission from St. Peter Catholic Career & Technical High School, new families will need to create a new account with FACTS to gain access to the FACTS Family Portal to go through the Enrollment process by completing the Enrollment Packet. Current families with new students will not have to create a new account in FACTS Family Portal - please use your existing login information to access your newest student's Enrollment Packet.

Other Required Forms and Medical Forms

Please note, on the "Document Upload" step of the Enrollment Packet, families will need to upload all required and/or any possibly required additional forms that may need to be submitted for their student. Where possible we have converted the forms to fillable .pdf files that you can download to your computer, type your information into the documents, and then upload them to the enrollment packet.

• Individualized Healthcare Plans for students with certain Medical conditions

The following upcoming dates are important for new students and families. Please make sure to add these to your calendar.

Saturday, March 22nd, 2025 - Re-Visit for Accepted Students

Newly accepted students and their families are invited to join us at St. Peter Catholic on Saturday, March 22nd from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. This will be an opportunity for accepted students and their families to re-visit campus, speak with Principal Dr. Marc Martinez, and get assistance in completing the Enrollment Packet in FACTS if necessary. We will have coffee and breakfast for everyone so please let us know how many from your family will attend.

Wednesday, March 26th, 2025 - Enrollment Deadline

The Enrollment Packets in the FACTS Family Portal for accepted students who would like to attend St. Peter Catholic for the 2025 - 2026 school year need to be completed by the end of the day on Wednesday, March 26th.

Wednesday, May 14, 2025 - New Family Welcome

This event will be for all new students and families and will be an opportunity to meet some of our current students and families to discuss information for next school year including calendar, school schedule, uniforms, special events, and a lot more information for the 2025 - 2026 school year. The event will take place at St. Peter Catholic after school on Wednesday, May 14th. More information will be sent out after families complete their Enrollment Packets.

We have prepared a one-page Calendar for the 2025 - 2026 school year with our main dates for next school year. Please note, dates are subject to change, and if there are any updates we will communicate them as necessary.
