Thank you for being a part of The Sands Rocks 2023. This document will provide you with the necessary information regarding your trip to the resort and what to expect upon arrival. Please forward this email to all the members of your party who might be arriving separately.

CANCUN AIRPORT (CUN)

The immigration policy at Cancun airport has been updated recently. You will no longer be required to fill out any immigration or customs forms. However, travelers from countries such as Haiti, Honduras, and Venezuela, which only offer 30-day visas, will still need to fill out the arrival forms. It is important to note that this change in policy is applicable only to Cancun airport.

INVITATION LETTER

The resort has provided an invitation letter to assist anyone who may encounter difficulties with immigration or customs. We strongly advise everyone in your party to print the invitation letter and keep it with them during their trip to Mexico to ensure that they have it in case of any questioning. You can download it below.

IDENTIFY TRANSFER COMPANY

Our transportation provider, Global Incentive Management, will have a sign labeled R&R Productions for easy identification.

EMERGENCY CONTACT

Global has been notified of your arrival along with the information regarding your flight and has arranged for your transfer requirements. In the event of any exigency upon your arrival, please find Global's contact information for your reference below.

EVENT CONTACT

When you reach the resort, you will be directed to an "Artist Only" check-in area where Nico or Kari, our VIP specialists, will welcome you. They will provide you with a package that includes your wristbands, passes for the performance date, and any guest invoices that may require your attention.

If, for any reason, you are unable to contact the transfer company, you may reach out to them for assistance.

In Mexico, our team primarily uses WhatsApp for communication. WhatsApp is a reliable option as it operates on Wi-Fi. Nico and Kari will be reachable from November 5-11.

EVENT APP

The app is our main communication channel while at The Sands.

We are still firming up some items on the backend, so you will not see detailed information until you arrive at The Sands. DOWNLOADING THE APP NOW will help avoid the international glitches that can occur if you wait until you are on-site.

Our schedule will also be posted on The Sands Store door. You are always welcome to stop in for information.
