From diverse communities across North America, we are coming together to harness our collective power to break down barriers to opportunity and inclusion. Jewish Nevada is proud to help advance policy that empowers individuals with disabilities to achieve maximum independence. 

 Join us in February for Jewish Disability Advocacy Month.
Together, we can change lives. 

Hear from thought leaders and experts about the current state of disability rights, and what can be done to promote the best inclusion and supportive care practices. Learn new advocacy strategies and take action to put the needs and rights of people with disabilities squarely on the policy agenda in Washington D.C. 
Will you be there? 

Here in Nevada, we want to highlight Jewish Nevada’s support of disability-inclusive programs. Friendship Circle of Las Vegas is a local nonprofit that works to create a more inclusive community for individuals with disabilities. Friendship Circle's inclusive programming brings individuals of all abilities together - helping to create friendships in a nurturing and non-judgmental environment. They have monthly programs for teens, young adults and parents of children with disabilities.  
 
Jewish Nevada is proud to sponsor Friendship Circle’s signature annual event – Walk4Friendship. The walk is free and open to the community! The walk will mostly be a virtual event with an in-person lunch pickup location.
