Dear Parents,
We hope you’re enjoying a safe, healthy, and fun-filled summer. It’s hard to believe that the season is already half over and that the new school year is just around the corner! Our dedicated and experienced staff are excited to welcome your child, and we look forward to working together to create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment that supports their individual growth and needs.
Required Forms
As per government regulations, we are unable to accept any child whose forms are incomplete or missing. Our license is contingent on full compliance, and the Ministry has the authority to revoke it if we fail to meet these standards.
To ensure a smooth start, please complete and return the following forms to our office:
- Immunization Record
- Consent for Medical Care Form
- Medical/Treatment Record
- Release for Pick-Up Form
- Parent Handbook Sign-Off Form (located at the end of the attached handbook)
Deadline for submission: August 22, 2025
Please take the time to carefully read our Parent Handbook, which outlines important policies and procedures. Once reviewed, sign and return the Acknowledgement Form along with the rest of the required paperwork.
Also, if there have been any updates to your contact details (address, phone number, email) since registration, kindly notify us as soon as possible.
Optional Programs
Our Catered Lunch & Afternoon Program (available for both Toddler and Nursery classes) will run Monday–Thursday until 2:45 or 5:00 pm and Fridays until 2:30 pm, pending sufficient enrollment.
A Lunch-Only option is available any day Monday through Friday.

Registration will remain open throughout the school year, space permitting.

Budlecooks with Morah Nancy – A fun, hands-on cooking and baking experience
Orientation
Orientation for all preschool classes will take place Tuesday, September 2 in your child’s classroom. Specific times will be shared closer to the date.
School Calendar
A detailed school calendar is included in this mailing.
Please note: Toddler classes will run from 9:00–11:00 am for the first few days, to support a smoother transition and reduce separation anxiety.
Nursery classes will begin at 9:00 am and end at 12:00 pm starting the first day.
The Extended Afternoon Program will begin on Monday, September 8.
Allergy Information
If your child has allergies, we will be in touch before school begins. Please be prepared to review your child’s allergy management plan with their teachers during Orientation.
Child Pick-Up Procedures
If your child will be regularly picked up by a caregiver, please send a photo of your child together with that caregiver. Children will only be released to individuals listed on the Release for Pick-Up Form, unless we receive written permission or a phone call. Be sure your caregiver is familiar with this policy.
Stay tuned for details on how to sign up for the Brightwheel App, which we use to help ensure a secure drop-off and pick-up process.
What to Bring on the First Day
As outlined in the Parent Handbook, please send the following items with your child on the first day of school or orientation:
- A labelled change of clothing in a labelled shoebox (ideal for our storage system)
- A bag of 1 dozen diapers and a container of wipes (or extra underwear if potty-trained)

Two photos of your child
- A labelled Epipen, if required
