Week 5 Challenge

Your weekly challenge this week is a game–deskercise bingo! Your goal is to complete the bingo card below by the end of the week. The bingo card includes different movements that can be performed in an office setting and/or smaller space around a desk. The movements get slightly more challenging as you move down the card by row. To complete a square, perform the movement for 1 minute. This is a great way to break up your work day and add a little bit of movement throughout your day! Have fun with the game!
