TiE New York is now accepting applications from startups founded or cofounded by

WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS

Our Chapter Finals will be held on

September 03, 2025, at Bank of America Towers


Eligibility Criteria



  • Female-founded or co-founded startups ONLY.
  • Female co-founders must hold a minimum of 33% stake in the company.
  • Companies in business for less than seven years only at the time of application (Company registration after Jan 1, 2018).
  • Preference to startups raising funds.
  • Idea-stage startups do not qualify for screening.


Reasons to participate:



  • Get access to TiE NY investors and mentors.


  • Network with likeminded entrepreneurs.


  • The winner of the New York chapter finals will represent the chapter at TiE Global Summit 2025 in Rajasthan-India and compete with the other chapter finalists for a $50,000 cash prize.

TiE NY Women Pitch Competition Curtain Raiser – An Evening to Remember!


On March 21, 2025, against the breathtaking backdrop of New York City from the 68th floor of the Empire State Building, TiE New York proudly hosted the Women Pitch Competition (WPC) Curtain Raiser at Capco.


The evening began with a warm welcome from our President, Jignesh Patel, who highlighted TiE NY’s mission and impact. Dharti Desai, our esteemed Global Board of Trustee member and charter member, then shared the vision and mission of TiE Women Global, emphasizing its role in empowering women entrepreneurs worldwide. Our Immediate Past President Manjusha Tipre followed with an overview of the current Women Pitch Competition application process.


Devyani Patel, Co-Chair of WPC, welcomed our stellar panel, setting the stage for an inspiring discussion featuring, Anoushka Ramkumar- Co-Founder/CPO- KABOOM AI, Chelsey Mattias - Capital Markets Partner: CAPCOSmitha Shankar- Executive Director: JP MORGAN, and Kimberly Kalmanson- Partner: KALMANSON COHEN, PLLC, expertly moderated by our very own Charter Member Irina Sirota- SVP/Market Executive: BANK OF AMERICA.
