Below you will find LINKS to easily download the App on your personal phone or device. Depending on your device type, please use the AppStore link (for Apple devices) or the GooglePlay link (for Android devices).
We invite you to download the VISIT® Insurance for EPI App today. The App provides important and handy information about your health insurance Medical and Prescription coverage, and helpful links and videos to File & Track your Claims, use the Teladoc virtual medical appointment feature, Locate other Medical Providers, Enroll your Dependents, and More!
TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THE APP
- Click on the appropriate Apple or Google Android link below

OPEN or INSTALL the VISIT® Insurance for EPI App
- On your phone/device, touch the App icon to begin
- REGISTER for the App using the following one-time login information:

Username: Your (this) email address

Password: EPI2023#
- Once registration is verified and complete, you may access the App
- The App will recognize your device for future access
- If you have any feedback, the Survey below is optional and will help us improve the usefulness of the App!
Please EXPLORE the App features, and email VISIT® Insurance if you have any questions or concerns. For access to MyIMG, please use or register your MyIMG health insurance account. You can do this through the App too!
