WELCOME TO THE 2019-2020 SCHOOL YEAR!
We are excited to begin another school year working in collaboration with the Wyomissing Area School District faculty, staff and administration to enhance educational opportunities for students!

WAEF has over $120,000 in our Grants budget
for the 2019-2020 school year.

*New members for 2019-2020 school year
At the 2019 Blue & White party, thanks to the generosity of party guests,
WAEF was able to raise about $18,000 for musical instruments
in all three schools. This summer, the Music Department has been working on purchasing the instruments at the top of their priority list.
They still need help to reach their goal to purchase ALL of the instruments on their wish list, so if you have a passion for excellence in music education in our school district,
please consider making a tax-deductible contribution!
Thank you to Michele Byrne, who has made prints of her painting
“4th of July at the Stone House Pond”
available to benefit Wyomissing Area Education Foundation.
“WAEF is such a wonderful organization. It’s an honor for me to be able to help them out in this small manner by making prints available of the Stone House Painting”, she said. Half of all proceeds go to WAEF!
Signed prints are $125 each.
10” x 12.6” Giclee art prints, paper size 11” x 14”.
30 prints have been sold to lucky lovers of Wyomissing.
These make a great gift!
Prints can be ordered by contacting Molly McCullough Murrill,
WAEF Executive Director by email at mmurrill@wyoarea.org
and by phone at 610.374.0739 ext. 1171.
The first WAEF fundraiser of the school year
will be held on September 20th, 2019 and is open to WASD faculty, staff, administration and board as well as WAEF board members only .
Thank you to our gracious hosts, and congratulations to WASD's own Corbett Babb and Mike Miller for the publication of Melody's Gift !
