Expect to hear more from the HR team and SWBC as we move forward with the integration. The process will begin with corporate and ends at the property level for employee onboarding. Once the corporate team is onboarded and trained, they will be given access to finalize onboarding for their community managers who will then be given access to finalize onboarding for their employees.
A brief timeline is listed below for your convenience:
Week of December 12, 2022
- Upload information into SWBC Payroll for employee onboarding
- Send welcome emails to all employees
- Begin training webinars Friday, December 16th at 2:00 pm to start the onboarding process and train all employees for onboarding.
- Continue training and adding access for VPs, regionals, and community managers
Week of December 19, 2022
- Last training webinar, Monday, December 19th at 3:00 pm.
- Finalize all employee onboarding (property and corporate) no later than Wednesday, December 21st, 2022.
- All employees enrolled in benefits
NOTE: All employees are required to show valid I-9 documents during the onboarding process, complete their direct deposit, and acknowledge documents.
December 24, 2022 or following the close of the BMC Management Acquisition with Asset Living
- First official day with Asset Living.
- All employees begin to punch in and out in Kronos for Asset Living.
