The Boland Client Portal is now live and accessible to all of our clients! Clients will receive an email to register soon. Here's what you should know about the portal:

This tool will allow clients to:

• Request and schedule service visits
• Run building service reports and download service tickets
• Order parts, supplies, and rental equipment
• Track order status (service calls, projects, and supply orders)
• Review contract dates and maintenance visits
• View and pay invoices (credit card or ACH/eCheck)
• Download client statements
• Request consultations on building needs

Which clients will benefit from using the portal:

• Building owners
• Contract managers (service, water treatment, etc.)
• Building engineers 
• Property managers
• Accounting personnel 
• Boland Supply clients 
• Rental Services clients

Help your client access their account numbers:

1. Reference a past invoice
2. Look in Key2Act
3. Contact AR@boland.com

Who to contact for portal questions:

• Email clientportal@boland.com

Help clients register and login:

1. Visit clientportal.boland.com/register or click the "Register" button below
2. Enter your name, email address, account number, and billing zip code
3. Set a password

This tool is designed for clients; however, associates can use these instructions with their client's account number and billing zip code to login and see what the client sees.
