26th Annual Castleberry Faire
November 26, 27 & 28, 2021
Shriners Auditorium - Wilmington, MA
Set Up Hours:
  • Wednesday 11/24 from 1pm to 7pm
  • Thursday 11/25 from 4pm to 7pm
  • NO FRIDAY SET UP
  • Building re-opens for Exhibitors: Friday at 6am and again Saturday & Sunday at 8am

All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open 30 minutes prior to opening.
Health & Safety
Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates as well as Safe Social Distancing Guidelines.
Check In
Castleberry Registration is located at back side of the auditorium. Please stop by Registration for booth number, exhibitor button, parking pass and show details.
Un-loading

  • This facility is carry/dolly-in only.  
  • NO Vehicles may drive into the building.
  • NO UNLOADING THROUGH FRONT DOORS
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes. 
  • DO NOT park directly beside the building, this is a fire-lane and must be kept open.
  • After you have finished unloading please move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking to the rear of the gravel parking lot. 
Indoor Booths
  • If your booth is 10 x 10 you may set up your canopy. 
  • Auditorium Interior Booths: Please note your booth is only 10 feet deep. The extra space behind your booth is for the electrical boxes and must be kept accessible.
  • Pipe and Drape is provided for this event in the Auditorium ONLY. 
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located at the far end of the Rear Lot, and at the far end of the lot on the hill. See signs. The Shriners will be directing traffic in the morning.
Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes
  • DO NOT Park in the First 2 Rows of the rear lot.
  • DO NOT Park in any Handicapped Spaces
  • DO NOT park out front, we must leave the closest parking for our shoppers.
  • Free Dry RV parking (No Services)
  • Overnight parking is allowed at this location.
Food
  • Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Friday until 8:00 am. 
  • The Snack Bar is located at the "stage end" in the Auditorium. 
Toilets
  • Located in the Lobby and Fez Ballroom.
Electricity
  • Electric is available for a fee.
  • Electricity up to 500 watts - $75.00
  • Electricity up to 1000 watts - $150.00
  • Exhibitors who have signed up for electricity may plug into the outlet behind their booth OR along the wall.
ATM
  • ATM is located in the Lobby.
WiFi
TBD - Signal with be low if any, plan ahead to perform transactions via your own wireless carrier.
Security
  • The Building will be locked after set up and at show closing each day.
  • Security is only a deterrent. 
  • We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
  • Massachusetts' Sales Tax is 6.25%
Trash
  • Please put all trash in the trash barrels on site.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it. 
Rules & Regulations
Important Note to Food Vendors
We have never had to obtain local health permits for this event
  • However, you MUST bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility". 
  • Bring copies of any other Health Permits you have obtained.
  • Bring a copy of ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
