There has been a "Craft Show and Antique Expo"
at the Champlain Valley Expo, in late October for over 40 years.
This is a highly anticipated and heavily promoted event.
But this is our first time in Essex Junction . . .
We thank you for trusting us in this new venture.
Dates
& Hours:
Friday

10am - 5pm
Saturday 
October 22
10am - 5pm

10am - 4pm
Set Up Hours:
  • Thursday 10/20 from 2pm to 7pm
  • Friday 10/21 from 6am to 9am
  • Doors re-open 8am on Saturday & Sunday for exhibitors
  • All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am each day.
Health & Safety
Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates during event.
There are currently no mask mandates.
Check In
Castleberry Registration is located inside the Connector Lobby.
Please stop by Registration for booth number, 2022 Artisan button, parking pass & show details.
  • This is a paid admission event.
  • All exhibitors and helpers MUST wear a 2022 Artisan button.
Un-loading

  • This facility is carry/dolly-in only.  
  • NO Vehicles may drive into the buildings.
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes. 
  • After you have finished unloading please move your vehicle to designated exhibitor parking, see signs on site. 
Indoor Booths
  • If your booth is 10 x 10 you may set up your canopy, you do not need to remove the top.
  • Blue Pipe and Drape is provided for this event.
8-foot back drape with 3-foot sides.
Parking
Exhibitor Parking is located behind the buildings
See signs. Be sure to have you parking pass clearly displayed in your windshield.
  • DO NOT block doors, driveway or fire lanes
  • Overnight parking is allowed at this location.
RV Parking
  • Free Dry Parking is located onsite, see signs.
  • $30.00 per night for power and water.
Food
  • Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday morning only, until 9:00 am. 
  • Outside food and drink is NOT allowed into the event during open hours.
  • Plenty of great food available to purchase on site.
Toilets
  • Located in the Connector Halls.
Electricity
Booth Fee Includes Electric* (110-volt/10 amp or less)
*Enough for basic lighting, a string of lights,
cash register, phone charger.
  • If you need additional power, please pre-order.
  • Electricity up to 500 watts - $50.00
  • Electricity up to 1000 watts - $100.00
ATM
  • ATMs are located in the Connector Halls.
Free Wi-Fi
We have been assured the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough to conduct online sales.
Detailed login information will be at Registration.
Security
  • The building will be locked after Set Up and at show closing each day.
  • Security will be on site overnight. 
  • Security is only a deterrent. 
  • We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
Trash
  • Put all trash in the receptacles on site.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it.

Important Note to Food Vendors
In past years local health permits were not required for this event. 
  • However, you MUST bring with you to the show any Health Certificates, Permits or Licenses proving that the food you are selling or sampling is "made in an inspected facility". 
  • Bring copies of any other Health Permits you have obtained.
  • Bring a copy of ServSafe Certification or equivalent.
