NO FRIDAY SET UP
  • All exhibitors must be onsite and booths ready to open by 9:30am
Health & Safety
Castleberry Exhibitors and Staff must adhere to all local and state mandates during event.
Check In
Castleberry Registration is located at the parking lot entrance. Please stop by for booth number, parking pass, 2022 artisan button and show details.
Un-loading
This facility is a "drop-and-go" location. You may unload from the parking lot and driveway, then immediately park your vehicle.
  • PARKING YOUR VEHICLE prior to setting up.
  • No vehicles may drive onto the grass.
  • Unload from perimeter only. 
  • Immediately after unloading park to the far end of the Chatham Community Center parking lot.
Stake Down & Caution:
  • Exhibitors MUST weigh down canopy and booth.
  • Please bring both weights and stakes to secure your canopy. 
  • Be careful not to damage the sprinkler system. Check area before attempting to stake down a canopy.
  • Stakes must be NO LONGER THAN 6 inches.
Parking
  • Exhibitor Parking is located behind the Chatham Community Center, at the far end of the parking lot, or any municipal paring lot.
  • All Exhibitors must park in designated area during show hours. 
  • Do not park in the front of the parking lot.
We must leave this available to our shoppers.
Food
  • Free Coffee & Snacks will be provided on Saturday until 9am. 
  • There are local convenience stores and restaurants nearby. 
Toilets
  • Portable Toilets & Wash Station are located beside the Chatham Community Center.
  • Flush Toilets are located at the far end of the parking lot near the baseball field.
Electricity
  • There is NO electricity available at this venue. 
ATM
  • There is no ATM on site but there are several Banks and ATMs nearby/within walking distance.
Security
  • Security will be on site at show closing and remain onsite until 7:00am Sunday. 
  • Security is only a deterrent. We are not responsible for loss or damages. 
  • You MUST cover/enclose your booth at closing each day. 
Sales Tax
  • Massachusetts Sales Tax is 6.25%
Trash
  • All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own garbage.
  • Please DO NOT use Trash Cans on site, these are for our shoppers. Kindly leave all garbage in the dumpster located across from the Portable Toilets, near the parking lot entrance.
  • Please make sure to clean up after the show, leaving your space as you had found it. 
Rules & Regulations
Important Note to Specialty Food Vendors 

  • The Chatham Health Department will require all Food Vendors apply for a temporary health permit.
  • Permit Fee: $35
  • Send completed Permit, all requested documents/info and Permit Fee to the Town of Chatham

  • Please be sure to bring with you to the show any Health Permits, Serv Safe Certification, Allergen Awareness Certification and/or Proof that the food you are sampling or selling is made in an inspected facility, and product labels.
  • Chatham Health Department will be on site for inspections at 9am on Saturday 7/9/2022.
