Welcome to the Institute!
We’re thrilled you’ve chosen to join our community. You are now part of a national cohort of 50+ principals and district leaders that are aiming to elevate their family engagement strategies over the next school year.
Here’s what to expect as we launch –
Be on the lookout for an email from your coach this week. The Institute experience begins with a 1-on-1 coaching session. The goal is to start building a relationship, become more acquainted with the Institute, and help your coach understand your needs and priorities. Try to schedule your first meeting within a few weeks. We suggest you read through our syllabus before you meet with your coach. It’s a 5-page document that provides a detailed overview of what you can expect.
Please complete our onboarding survey as soon as possible. It will help us get to know you, your school or district, and your current needs and priorities.
You’ll soon receive calendar invitations for our four virtual session dates (all are 11am-2p ET):
- October 25th
- December 12th
- February 8th
- May 9th
