Take advantage of the many benefits of water training!
Don't miss out on the numerous benefits of water training. The Wellness Center's beautiful 25-meter pool has seven lap lanes and a large oval for water aerobics training. Borrow swim equipment (e.g., kickboard, pull buoy and aquatic dumbbells) but make sure you bring your own towel and goggles. We offer water aerobics classes on our group exercise schedule so come try one out!
Our master swim instructor Kathleen offers a one-time, 40-minute swimming assessment for $30 that can serve as a starting point for a beginning swimmer or to assess stroke mechanics and technique for a current swimmer. It can also serve as an opportunity to learn about and create a training plan for a swimmer wishing to participate in more advanced events.
