On today's Town Hall, we officially announced that our brands will now unite under the NEW Auto Glass Now brand. We are beyond excited to welcome you all to the Auto Glass Now family and introduce you to this new brand!
Throughout the year, we've conducted significant market research with our Driven Insights (analytics) team, heard from leaders at each brand within our Driven Glass family, and partnered with a world-class marketing agency to develop the answer to our business needs. One thing that was plainly clear, was the need to build one singular brand so that we could become the industry's #1 best in glass service provider. And with the majority of our business coming from recommendations from friends/family, online brand reputation/reviews, and insurance agent referrals, it was crucial that we built a brand everyone can buy into.
Rooted in the generational legacies of our family of brands, the new Auto Glass Now holds those strong core values close to our new brand identity. Our new Auto Glass Now logo is clean, simple, and professional.
It also incorporates the fun we're looking to denote to our customers with the exclamation mark, a key tenant of both our logo and brand identity. We have our horizontal logo which will be used on the majority of materials and our stacked logo which will be available for succinct instances.

Our new Auto Glass Now color family incorporates positive colors to reinforce the positive experiences we look to deliver to our customers.
These sunny tones of yellow represent happiness through their bright and cheerful energy.
These tones of blue are cooling in nature and are associated with intelligence and trust.

Auto Glass Now is delivering the wow! Our new tagline is cheeky, refers to our premier level of expertise, and of course, it rhymes!
We want to deliver that wow to our customers with every glass repair, replacement, and calibration service we perform and this tagline emphasizes that to our consumers.

In our new brand personality, you'll see happy customers, friendly advertising, and clean looks. Key elements you can notice in our content:

Sparkly shine: similar to a gleaning shine on a clean windshield, you'll see a nod to our clean service with that bright shine on our content.

Gradient dots: you'll see these dots on the border of a windshield and they're amplified in our content, bringing a literal element of our work to the creative content.

Approachable font: the font is a nod to the font in the logo, which is approachable in the rounded look but also professional in its clean simplicity.

Happy customers: we don't want a focus on the damages we see, but rather on the happy customer who is pleased with the completed work. Maintaining this positive imagery reinforces positive associations with our customers.

We are thrilled to hit the ground running in 2023 with our new brand. However, it will take some time to roll this out, to ensure it's done right. Beginning in January 2023, you'll start to see the new Auto Glass Now roll out online, at stores, and in our advertising. Until then, some things for you to know:

What do I do now? There is no action required on your end now, except to continue delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Does anything change with my job? Nothing changes, we need exceptional team members to represent this exciting new brand, so continue to lead by example in your respective regions.

When will I see changes at my store? The timeline for each location's rebrand will be discussed with each location individually. The rollout will take place throughout 2023, so expect changes to take place next year.

Do I change my email signature or LinkedIn profile? We'll be sharing assets for everyone to update their online identity in January, according to their position. Until then, continue using what you have.

How do I share this exciting news with everyone? We will have an official press release distributed tomorrow, that will be public TO everyone.
