The Clubhouse Experience by South Bank
At the heart of South Bank is The Clubhouse, featuring a beachfront bar, evening restaurant, boutique, meeting room, front desk and concierge. Sandy toes will be welcome at the relaxed bar, where owners, friends, and family can gather to enjoy a cocktail by the firepits as the sun sets over the Lagoon Beach. The restaurant will offer a comfortable dining experience in its indoor and outdoor setting of casual elegance.

As works continue at pace and the Lounging Peninsula takes shape, intimate pocket beach coves and cabanas will provide a third beach experience at South Bank. Another 22 Villas and Boathouses sold and reserved this year
Sales and reservations are off to a strong start in 2021, with another 22 families deciding to make South Bank their Caribbean island sanctuary. The white sand beach and swimming lagoon of The Lagoon neighborhood continue to attract buyers, with a further 12 Lagoon Villas reserved or sold and only one remaining for sale. The iconic Ocean Estate Villas with their dramatic coastal views have seen four more reservations. The Boathouses with private docks have brought seven more families to the community, designed for life on the water.
