I am the President & CEO and have been in banking for 38 years. I still remember my first day starting as a teller in 1984. First days can be filled with anxiety and apprehension. It’s natural.
 
People are what make this bank great and we are pleased to have you as part of First Federal Community Bank! We believe that each employee contributes directly to our growth and success, and we hope you will take pride in being a member of our team. Helpful Hints
When training at our Financial Education Center located at 141 W Ohio Ave., Dover, OH, there are several parking areas around the building. Please use the front parking lot, facing Wooster Ave. Enter the main entrance banking center doors. You will arrive before the lobby is open to the public however, your new co-workers will be expecting you and will let you in!
Masks are not required for employees or customers. If a customer walks into the bank and is wearing a mask, please be respectful. If you are more comfortable wearing a mask at work, please feel free to do so. It is your choice, however you are not required to wear. Plexiglass shields continue to be in place to further protect everyone.

If you are sick or experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches, loss of taste or smell, DO NOT REPORT TO WORK! If you begin feeling any of these symptoms while at work, inform your supervisor and you may be asked to leave work. Please contact your supervisor or Human Resources should you have any questions or concerns.

Practice good hygiene habits including:        
  1. Washing your hands regularly
  2. Using hand sanitizer
  3. Cleaning and sanitizing your work space throughout the day

Report for your first day at 8:30 am.
PLEASE NOTE: If you arrive before 8:30am, the entrance will still be locked. No need to worry...just knock on the door and a First Fed team member will be glad to let you in.
