We're so glad to have you on our team! To get started with the on-boarding process, please read the following instructions.

1. Please upload a SIGNED copy of your Offer Letter using the On-Boarding Link upload section or by submitting it to me directly by fax, email or text. Remember to save copies for your own personal records.

3. After you complete the On-Boarding Link, a facility manager will contact you to set up your first day. You will be completing an Orientation Packet at the facility and we ask that you please bring two forms of identification to be used for the I-9.

(example: drivers license and social security card or passport)
