Internal EAP
Lasting Change, Inc. provides five free, completely confidential counseling sessions per calendar year for you and your eligible family members. This program is conducted internally through our own, Crosswinds Counseling. If you desire information on this benefit, please click the button below to download an informational brochure. Use the number on the brochure to contact Crosswinds Counseling and schedule an appointment.
External EAP
Lasting Change, Inc. also provides five free confidential counseling sessions per calendar year for you and your eligible family members through an external EAP. This program is conducted externally through LifeWorks Counseling & Consulting, Inc. If you need to speak to a counselor about something work-related and do not feel comfortable discussing your situation with one of our Crosswinds Therapists and desire information on this benefit, please click the link above to download an informational brochure. Use the number on the brochure to contact LifeWorks, and they will schedule you with a counselor in your area.

One of the ways we stay connected across our many regions and family of organizations is through our private staff Facebook page. This is for all Lasting Change Family of Organization staff (Lifeline Youth & Family Services, Crosswinds Counseling, PWA & Spencer Home, and Wheatfield Academy). It is a fun way to see what is going on throughout the state and encourage one another as we see our families thrive and communities prosper! This is optional and not visible to the "general public" on Facebook.

Relias is the Learning Management System used by Lasting Change and its family of companies to provide training resources to all employees. There will be an assortment of required and supplemental training assigned to you as an employee. To maximize your experience, it is imperative that you complete the "Welcome to Relias" module in your assignments list. In this module, you will learn the answer to many of your questions regarding navigating the site, accessing elective courses, inputting your professional information, earning CEUs, and contacting Relias Support.
