May is Mental Health Month
May is Mental Health Month, a time of raising awareness of mental health nationally to help curb the stigma that still surrounds mental health issues and the people affected by mental health. One in five people will have a mental health condition in their lifetime, according to Mental Health America.

Today we are highlighting Mental Health America's "Million in May," an initiative started by the organization to get one million people to take a mental health screen that could help to determine if they have a mental health condition. Click the button below to view more info on MHA's initiative and to take a mental health screen.
Each week we'll be highlighting several websites and resources that can help to provide an uplifting and joyful balance to your day.
