Our network continues to champion best practice within the association and membership sector. This month there is no letting up when it comes to delivering practical, robust and targeted help and support.

We kick off this issue with a big announcement - The launch our exciting new digital focused national conference, Digital Excellence 2017, at the Park Plaza London Victoria on 31st October 2017.

We've curated what I can only describe as our most content rich and adventurous digital focused conference to-date. We take the opportunity to outline more information in this newsletter. Over the past month we've delivered a number of free seminars/networking events that included the sector's most in-depth membership focused GDPR event (sponsored by Latcham Member Engagement and supported by Membership 360), a dedicated Female Leadership Seminar (featuring the RCGP Chair, Helen Stokes-Lampard) and CEO of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health, Jane Hatfield), and our first Select CRM Seminar of the year. Thanks to the 130 delegates who attended!

New free Member Engagement Resources Launched 
This month we announce the launch of three new member engagement focused Insight videos on the Member Engagement Hub - The home of our popular Member Engagement Toolkit (downloaded 5,048+ times since launch).

Two of the new videos are presented by Research by Design MD, Heather Forester and MemberWise Network Chair, Richard Gott. They provide  you with basic and more advanced approaches to member engagement and popular keynote presentation, Member Engagement: The elephant in the room.

The third new video focuses specifically on online member engagement and is presented by Online Member Community Partner, Higher Logic. CEO Andy Steggles  provides you with practical insight on this emerging topic and he previews the results from our forthcoming online member engagement survey summary report.
