The Member Value 2025 Project - Express an interest...

We're pleased to announce the launch of an exciting new project that will help you to provide enhanced value to your members in 2018 and beyond.

The result will be significant improvements in member engagement, participation and growth - an area we must, as a sector, ensure is 'rocket powered' by 2025. 
 
Earlier this year we established that optimising member engagement was our biggest goal.  In direct response we created a structured process for associations to adopt. This was delivered via our new  Member Engagement Hub (visited over 10,000 times this year), Member Engagement Bootcamps (attended by 50+ membership and association professionals) and our popular Member Engagement Toolkit (downloaded an incredible 9,700 times).
 
In 2018 we will develop our focus more deeply on how to provide more targeted and enhanced value to your members - One of the key drivers enabling the optimisation of member experience, engagement, participation and growth. This focus is in response to our 2025 deadline when Millennials will take over from Generation X as the prominant generation on the planet. Think ' W hats I n I t F or M e?' and you will know where we are headed!
 
This month we will form our Quality Assurance (QA) Group and in December will hold our Project Initiation Meeting with over 35 membership/association professionals who have expressed an interest in getting involved. If you would like to participate please click the button below!

Digital Excellence 2017 - Confirmed as best conference yet!

On 25th April we delivered the sector's annual digital focused conference, Digital Excellence 2017, and delegate feedback indicates it was 'our best conference yet'.  
 
An incredible 50+ speakers delivered 42 educational sessions with a total audience of 403 delegates (representing leading membership organisations, associations and providers) .  
 
According to feedback delegates had a great day and the vast majority of delegates confirming they will return to the office and change/develop at least one digital focused activity as a result of attending.
 
 
Over the coming months we'll share highlights with you via new Insight videos that will feature interviews, keynote sessions. Watch this space..
