MESSAGE FROM MAYOR KLING

Earlier this week we announced that Jose DeLeon will begin as the new Facilities Manager for the former Hispanic Cultural Center, located at 315 Stampede Drive, on Monday, February 5.

Jose will be responsible for overseeing all areas of the facility’s operations, including but not limited to management of all general business operations, contract management, and event management, coordination, and scheduling.

Jose is already a well-known and respected member of the Hispanic community and will be a tremendous asset to the facility and its future in this role. There is a lot of work to be done. It is our hope that with Jose’s leadership and guidance from the soon-to-be-formed Nampa Community & Cultural Advisory Group, the former Hispanic Cultural Center will once again be a thriving and resourceful location for the entire community.

-Mayor Debbie
