The 35,000-square-foot renovation of the Kunhardt Mill will house a Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) clinic offering dental and eye care, a La Fruiteria Latinx/Caribbean supermarket, and a new home for Movement City’s youth programs. With over 200 affordable housing units already in place, the project is creating a space for growth and connection. Set to be completed by 2026, the DyeWorks is a key step in Lawrence's vision of becoming a city of promise and opportunity.
