Are you aware that your gut functions as a second brain?

Get in the gut-healthy habit of eating at least 30 different plants per week. That’s just 4 to 5 different plant foods per day. Plant foods include fruits, nuts, vegetables, seeds, legumes, whole grains, and even herbs!

Starting Sunday, February 4th until Saturday, February 24th, keep track of your weekly plant intake. Each week (Sunday thru Saturday) if you eat a minimum of 30 plant foods you will earn $15 (up to $45) towards your Guusto account (our new recognition and rewards platform that allows you to cash your rewards in for gift cards).
