New Year, New You: January Resolutions!
January brings new beginnings to kickstart your fitness journey. We offer every level of class to help support the resolutions you set for yourself at the start of the New Year. We can't wait to help you achieve your fitness goals this year!
Schedule Changes/Additions:
- Jillian's previous Wednesday Body Power Tone class will now take place Thursdays as Full Body Fit from 8:15AM - 9AM in the Yoga Studio
- Indoor Zumba classes with Shakalee will be offered on Tuesdays from 5PM-6PM starting January 2
- Join Ashley B. for a specialty Zumba class in the Yoga Studio on Thursday, January 18 from 11AM-12PM
- Continued specialty dance & wellness classes; details below!
There will be no classes on Monday, January 1. We will see you in the New Year!
