How to Find Joy in Your Everyday Life
Close your eyes and picture it for a moment: pure joy, a feeling of inner peace and contentment. Joy can seem fleeting—rare, even—but there are ways to get closer to joy on a daily basis. Below are five tips from Prevention.com to help you add more joy to your everyday life:

  4. Re-connect with nature. Being outdoors can lessen anxiety, rumination, and stress. It can also improve your mood and make you feel more relaxed. 
  5. Make opportunities for laughter. Laughter has many health benefits. It can help you activate and relieve your stress response, soothe tension and make you feel happier.
