SING! Sing out loud, or to yourself, in the shower, under your breath ... however you wish. Sing throughout the day. Incorporate singing, humming, etc. in your day. It is a simple practice which increases respiration, puts more oxygen in your blood, and is healthy (Physical Health)! Singing also keeps your mind and brain engaged (Intellectual Health) in a pleasant place, a mentally healthy place. (Emotional Health).
See how it works? Employ this God-given part of your humanity throughout the day or especially when you feel you need a little up lift. Like the dwarfs in the movie Snow White, remember they whistled while they worked. “Do you remember: When there's too much to do ... Don't let it bother you ... Just whistle while you work ...” Same idea.
