For many people, summer is a time to reset, or rediscover that balance. We invite you to consider what routines you have that are good for your mental health and well being. Perhaps you can think of a new routine you’d like to begin this week. Remember PIESS! Pick something you think will be good for you and give it a try – one day at a time.
The routine of sending out
messages will be on hiatus for the summer. We’ll begin the routine again in late August. We hope you continue to encourage yourself, and support those around you, in ways that are kind and loving.
