Now that summer is here, it's time to focus on yourself which can be challenging as a caregiver. Self-care looks different from person to person. One thing to keep in mind is to continue exercising throughout summer. You can make exercising fun! This could include going to the park, taking a trip to the zoo, or playing outside with your family. Plan a time during the day that you will focus on yourself, and stick to that schedule. Don't over book yourself, you are human. Give yourself a break throughout the day and ensure you are getting proper rest. Throughout the summer, make yourself a priority!
