As we continue into these uncharted waters regarding the Coronavirus, we are being asked to practice social distancing. Over the next few weeks I would like to focus on a few things that you can add to your “toolbox” dealing with this very real separation and disruption from “normal daily activities.”
The first thing that I would challenge people with during these very trying times would be to make an effort to “
declutter” in as many areas of your life as possible. By decluttering, the intent is to simplify your life and make room for the things that are most important to you.
Being in your home over these next several days, or even weeks, it provides the opportunity to remove those things that no longer serve you. There are countless books and
articles which demonstrate the importance of decluttering and the role it plays on both physical and mental health. - Mike Hagerty
