It's been a busy summer for us with lots of new small batch Welly One-Off beers. Our brewers have been busy experimenting with new recipes and ingredients to make some delicious and unique beers.

A few weeks ago we released a very limited batch of Summerthyme an experimental lager brewed with thyme and lemon zest. People loved this one and we're almost sold out (just a few cases left in the store!). 

And for August we've got two more new releases in our Welly One-Off series. Bike Ryed Summer Kolsch is our homage to the dog days of summer. We've brewed a refreshing summer beer, our take on a traditional German K�lsch style with rye malt added for a dry and spicy finish. It will be available at select restaurants and bars in the coming weeks and in 473 mL tall cans from our brewery retail store.

We've also got a 10HL batch of, an as-of-yet-unnamed, double IPA in tank right now, which will be out in a few weeks.

This weekend is the Roundhouse Craft Beer Fest hosted by our pals at Steamwhistle. the two day fest features 15 of Ontario's best craft brewers alongside tasty food from local food trucks. We'll be debuting our latest Welly One-Off Bike Ryed Summer Kolsch at the fest. It's one of our favourite weekends of the year and tickets are still available, so be sure to get yours!
