Dear Darkhei Noam Community,
Yeshivat Maharat is about to ordain its sixth graduating class, including your beloved members, Wendy Amsellem and Erin Leib Smokler, who are completing the Advanced Executive Kollel Track. They and five other graduates, Claudia Marbach, Dina Brawer, Melissa Scholten-Gutierrez, Tali Adler, and Leah Sarna, will join their colleagues, for a total of 26 graduates in the field. You can read full bios of all of our graduates, alumnae and students on our
website
.
As core members of the Darkhei Noam community, many of you have been the beneficiaries of Wendy and Erin’s Torah scholarship and kindness over this past year. We wanted to invite you to celebrate their accomplishments at Yeshivat Maharat’s graduation ceremony on June 18th at 6:30pm at the Hebrew Institute of Riverdale (
3700 Henry Hudson Parkway, Riverdale, NY
). See the
invitation
for details. This year, Esther Krauss, founder of Mayanot High School for girls, and pioneer in women’s Jewish education will offer words of brachot to our graduates. If you are not able to be there in person, the event will be live streamed through our website.
Erin and Wendy will both continue to be part of Yeshivat Maharat’s faculty, shaping the future leaders of the Jewish community. And, we know that both Wendy and Erin will continue to share their wisdom and Torah with the Darkhei Noam community in the coming years. Please consider sending in a message of Mazal Tov and gift in honor of Wendy and Erin to our Tribute Scroll or RSVP
here.
Thank you for your generosity!
Warmest regards,
