Certificate of Merit 2017 New Enrollment Process
1) Enrollment into the 2017 CM Program begins on Saturday, October 1st and the online system closes at 11:59 PM on October 31st for all disciplines. No changes to each application can be made after the deadline.
2) The actual enrollment process is called "Create Application for CM". Only after this process is complete will the student's name appear on your "Student List" which is different than your "Student Roster" or under "My Students" which is where they show up after Migration.
2) This year, for the first time, Repertoire Input as well as Branch Honors and Convention application also begin on October 1st HOWEVER they NEED NOT be completed by October 31st. We have until 11:59 PM January 15, 2017 to complete Repertoire Input and indicate intention to be considered for Branch Honors and Convention. This gives time to make changes to our students' repertoire and the supplemental programs.
3) Scheduling requests such as carpool, ensemble, day/am or pm and accompanists will be between January 2 - 15, 2017.
4) Be sure to act promptly (as in 'yesterday'!) in initiating the Migration process with your parents and students if you haven't already. This will take time and depend upon how promptly the parent responds to your email request for them to validate you as their teacher in the new system and create their own parent and student portals. This is called "Verify Teacher-Student Studio Relationship". You cannot create a CM Application for a student that is not in your Student Roster, through migration, student recall or adding a brand new student.
5) Keep
reminding your parents that payment for their CM fees are made by THEM through their Parent Portal between November 1 - 10, 2016 AND THEIR STUDENT(S) WILL BE DROPPED
FROM THE SYSTEM IMMEDIATELY IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BY 11:59PM ON NOVEMBER 10, 2016!

The Exams can be taken at HYPERIUM Conservatory, 655 Deep Valley Drive, Suite 120, Rolling Hills Estates, CA 90274.
