This Wesak occurs during a unique window of time - when you and all of humanity have brand-new potentials to re-envision what kind of world you want - and what roles you will play. Continue reading to understand how the Wesak we celebrate May 15 can be just the catalyst needed to accelerate awakening and birth an entirely new kind of world based on love.
Wesak
As a reminder - or if you're new to Wesak - it's a time annually when we celebrate the divine in all beings. The Wesak celebration specifically honors the Buddha and his enlightenment - yet it's really about the Buddha nature and enlightenment potential of all humans. Wesak has nothing to do with religion or any specific spiritual practice. The celebration involves remembering and connecting with the Buddha nature that naturally exists within you - at your core.
Near Death Experience
It's common knowledge that one often must face a severe crisis - even be in such a dark hour that it's like a near death experience. During those moments, when it can feel most hopeless, one can let go and experience a rebirth.
Dark Night Of The Soul Experience
Most of us have had at least one such dark night of the soul experience. It comes with being human. If you feel like you're in one of those now, you're in good company. The key to navigating the experience is to be conscious to it, embrace it, accept it, welcome it. Not so easy, to be sure. Yet that is what is required. I speak from personal experience, and from having helped countless others over the years.
You & The Collective
It's important to keep in mind the link between you and the collective. Whatever you are experiencing - the good, the bad, and the rebirth - humanity also experiences. However you respond to your experiences makes a difference in the collective.
None of us is here on a solitary journey - simply figuring out life and evolving the best ways we can. Each time we increase our self-awareness and raise our vibration, the collective benefits.
Similarly, since our rebirth process is interlinked with that of humanity, when we face what's in front of us in a conscious way and move through our own rebirth, we greatly accelerate humanity's rebirth. This means each of us matters.
Blessings of Wesak
At Wesak season - the veils between dimensions thinner - it becomes easier to access and benefit from the wisdom and assistance of enlightened beings like Buddha, Christ, and Kuan Yin. When we join together at a Wesak celebration, tangible connections are made and a quantum level of spiritual support is received. That support can fuel one's path forward for months afterwards. One reason I offer the Post Wesak meditation is to anchor the blessings of Wesak season, and to have more beneficial experiences with the enlightened beings who long ago set the template for human enlightenment.
Our World Going Forward
Our world now sits at a rare precipice of change. We've had other moments that were similar, yet in many ways those times were different. There's now much more at stake - for humanity co-existing in peace and for the Earth continuing as a sustainable home for humans. Consider that this juncture is humanity's dark night of the soul - a time when we must awaken, face our shadow, let go, and self-evolve in order to create a brand-new beginning that honors all life and our unique role in the cosmos.
We would not be alive now if we couldn't do this. Bring that awareness into your meditations daily and notice what happens.

Wesak Valley in Tibet - Sacred Mountain (pictured here)
Crystals (optional for registrants): if you have a favorite crystal you want to energetically include in our meditation (live or MP3), designate it in advance of guided process. Not necessary to hold the crystal, but you can if desired. A quantum grid of healing will be created with the crystals, as part of the planetary healing.
Essential oils (optional for registrants): if you resonate with essential oils, it's recommended that you apply or diffuse therapeutic grade oils. These will raise your frequency and help you experience the healing energies on a deep level. Among the oils often suggested: Awaken, Into the Future, Frankincense, Sacred Mountain, Clarity, Joy, Sandalwood, 3 Wise Men, Abundance. The ones I work with are from Young Living. If you are new to aromatherapy or want more information about these oils from Young Living, contact me.
All registrants receive MP3. If you miss the event and didn't register ahead, receive the MP3 afterwards by registering at the website.

Sessions - General Information
Self-awareness and the ability to go within for understanding are key to our personal and spiritual growth. Each of us alive now is in a process of spiritual unfolding and becoming more of who we really are. In that process, we must face our own shadow and look deeply at conditioning that keeps us stuck in a linear limited existence.
The purpose of 1-1 sessions is to have an experienced neutral guide - helping you to uncover and bring to light what's in the way of your joy and inner peace. The process involves a series of sessions over time, helping you to see a larger picture and heal what's blocking your ability to thrive. Sometimes sessions involve a DNA-level pattern you've been carrying from your ancestors. Other times, sessions help you understand more optimal ways to lead others, run your business, or navigate relationships. In the process, healing happens for you and the circle of others you energetically touch in everyday life.
DNA
We all have patterns in our DNA related to conditioning. Some of that is this life, even early on inside our mother's womb, as we internalized feelings and attitudes of our caregivers. Beyond that, we have DNA-related patterns stemming from our ancestors, past lives, in-between-life soul agreements, and the mass consciousness.
When this conditioning is addressed at a DNA level, a deep transformation occurs - for you personally and for your ancestors - even for humanity at large, for when we clear our own issues that also exist in the mass consciousness, we help to heal and elevate humanity. Healing of our ancestors and humanity expands the healing to a quantum level - helping us to be of service to past generations and humanity-at-large. As more of us do this, we accelerate the process of creating a more compassionate and loving world.
Healing Old Wounds
During the 2020s as humanity evolves into a higher consciousness, many very old wounds are arising within us. We may not be conscious to them, but they are there. It's part of the cleansing and mega transformation occurring so we can shift how we live together on the Earth.
